After graduating from high school and learning about the vocational printing industry, I went to Herron School of Art at Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (when my mom attended Herron some years earlier, it was still a part of Butler University!)

During the warmer months, I've been known to pack up my paints and help out my friend, Justine Jones, who owns WILLING HANDS DESIGNS. We do face painting at various events such as festivals, birthday parties and sporting activities. We're the official painter for the INDY ELEVEN SOCCER TEAM and was voted as a finalist in the best family entertainment category in a leading Indianapolis publication.
